This page covers closing a SupplySetu account and refunds for a plan you bought from Ruhiverse Technologies.

Closing your account

You can ask the Ruhiverse Technologies team that set up your account to close it. Closing the account removes access to SupplySetu. Orders, stock, and customer records tied to that distributor account are removed with it.

Plan fees

A plan fee is for the period you bought. We do not refund a period that has already started, unless we failed to provide SupplySetu during that period or the law requires a refund.

Customer payments

Payments between you and your shops or customers are yours to collect and settle. SupplySetu does not refund those payments.
